The room was filthy with a strong mildew smell. I was disgusted to find hair in the bathtub and black mold spots everywhere. The furniture felt outdated, and the overall maintenance of the hotel was severely lacking.

Location. Could see car from room; although parking has lots of debris that should been swept up. Lovely flower beds and great looking lobby.

Breakfast was terrible. Only one toaster in the breakfast room. No protein like hard boiled eggs, only carbs; and only 2 yogurts in the frig. Online Ramada add said French toast but no, not when we stayed. Bagels were stale. Quality Inns breakfast are outstanding - check it out.

bed was comfy, the hotel was old and in need of upgrades desperately, the hotel felt dingy, continental breakfast left to be desired but mystic itself is outstanding beutiful must visit locations, would definitly return just not the ramada

Ideal for families looking for a decent stay

So we were looking for a place last minute and this spot popped up lucky us I guess because they got friendly staff who were all smiles and helped us out when we needed something in our room I mean they came over without a second thought helped us out right away. The room was nice and clean and even got to see a remodeled one and it looked great it's good to see places putting in the work to improve.

It wasn't exactly a steal but for what we got it was still worth it.

Ants in the room No hot water, had to take shower with cold water! Phone didn't work Microwave didn't work Extended one extra night prior, had to wait for extra pillows until Friday night Even though book through Booked.net at $125 rate, we were told it was $209 instead. After we complained they finally gave us the price made at reservation

the faucet was loose and took forever for the water to go down, though the lobby was clean and the staff was friendly. the pool area had nice flowers. the location was pretty central and convenient too!

Unfortunately we had to leave a day early and because we booked through Booked.net we were told that there was nothing they could do for that one night even though we left early that morning. So we were stuck paying for the full amount. Kinda of a disappointment

Stumbled upon some good dining spots nearby! Christo's Pizza serves up a slice that'll have you craving more, and Mango's Wood-Fired Pizza Co brings the heat with their wood-fired goodness. The hotel itself was a tad worn but still clean with a mini fridge and microwave for snacks!

The check-in receptionist was quite abrasive, which put a bit of a damper on our spirits. Honestly, the whole experience felt a tad off, especially with the facilities needing serious TLC.

Good location to everything and easy on/off of highway. Had a pool (didnt use it though), included breakfast (standard continental). Mini-fridge and microwave in room. Room was old and needed work, but at least clean.

Renovations going on, musty smell, had to go all the way around back and through a semi-hidden door to access room, internet did not reach our room, one of the lights in bathroom stopped working. Stained carpet, older/hard beds.
